Meal Application Information

Please be reminded that if your child was eligible for meal benefits as of June 30, 2018, he/she will continue to receive benefits until October 17, 2018.

To continue to receive benefits after October 17th, a new application must be completed. Applications are available here

Beginning this school year, the on-line meal application will be available through Genesis. Once you sign onto Genesis through the Parent Access screen, click on the Forms tab to find the meal application.

You may also print out the application or request a paper application from your child's school.
