November Registration opens – Monday, October 12, 2020
November Registration closes – Sunday, October 25, 2020 at midnight.
The first days of SKIP for students enrolling in November are as follows: Cohort A begins on November 2nd and Cohort B begins on November 9th.

Program Hours and Schedule

Before care operates from 7:15am until 9am
After care operates from 12:55pm until 5pm

For the month of September, SKIP will be available to students who are receiving in-person instruction in their A/B cohorts and our programs will follow the same schedule and calendar set by the School District.

Eligibility for the SKIP Programs

Students in grades K-5 who are following the A/B Cohort are eligible for the SKIP program.  SKIP is only available to a student when they are receiving in-person instruction.

Location of Programs

All 10 Elementary Schools

Capacity Limitations

Due to safety and staffing concerns, each site, for both before and aftercare programs, will have limited capacity. The amount of students who can enroll in SKIP varies for each site. If we reach capacity, you will be notified at the end of the online registration process that you have been put on a waitlist. If you are waitlisted, you can not attend SKIP. We will release students from the waitlist as soon as a spot becomes available.

Registering on CommunityPass

Our registration process is done through CommunityPass.  All returning families should sign into their existing accounts, review their family information to make sure it is still accurate, and then register their child(ren).  If you have forgotten your password, you may call or email the office and we will reset your information.

If you are a new family, you should have received an email from CommunityPass with your temporary login information (check your spam/junk folder).  When you sign on for the first time, you will be asked to verify your family information.  Once your account is verified, you will be able to register your child(ren) for SKIP.  If you do not have the email, please contact the office at

TIP FOR FAMILIES: Whether you are a new or returning family, we would suggest you go to CommunityPass now and verify and/or update your account.  This will save you time when you go to register your child(ren).

Billing and Fees

There is no payment required when you register your child(ren).  You will be invoiced through CommunityPass on Friday, September 4th and prompted to pay.  You may pay your SKIP tuition by setting up auto-payment (see that section for details), going into your account and entering a payment method, or calling the office to make a payment.

September Costs:

AM SKIP - $50 for the first child, $45 for each additional child
PM SKIP - $140 for the first child, $135 for each additional child
Registration Fee – For the month of September, we have eliminated our registration fee.

If you would like to have payments taken from your checking account or charged to your credit card each month, you must let the office know by selecting the automatic monthly payment option on the registration form. You must also save a payment method to your account. To save a payment option:

  • Log into the system with your username and password
  • Click the “My Account” link at the top of the page and select “Payment Methods”.
  • Select from the add credit card or add bank account and enter the information required.
  • Click save.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR RETURNING FAMILIES ABOUT AUTO-PAYMENT: the auto-payment feature was disabled in March to ensure no one would get billed during the months we were not in session.  As a result, you will need to go into your account, confirm your checking account or credit card information, and select the automatic monthly payment option on the registration form.
