Registration and Payment

Registration - General Information - Summer 2025

Registration will begin at 9am on Monday, March 10th and run through to Friday, May 9th.

Children in grades 1 through 8 are eligible to enroll in WWS and children in grades 1 through 5 are eligible to enroll in our WWS Plus Program. We accept registrations for children who live in other towns and who attend schools in other districts. When registering your child for camp, please use the grade your child will be entering in the Fall of 2025. For example, if your child is a current 1st grader, you will be signing them up for the 2nd grade group at camp.

Enrollment is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis. You can sign up for one week or for all the weeks – whatever works for your family. If a week fills up and you can not register, you will be put on a waiting list. We will work very hard to accommodate as many children from the waiting list as possible.

At the time of registration, you will be required to pay ½ the balance of your total camp costs. The balance of your account will be due on or before Friday, May 9th. No child may attend camp until the balance is paid in full.

There is a one time nonrefundable registration fee of $25. If you need to modify your camp schedule in any way after May 9th, you will be assessed a $25 fee each time a change to your schedule is needed.

Registration - Process

Registration for camp is completed online through our CommunityPass software.

  • Returning WWS Families - if you are a returning WWS camper, you already have an account on CommunityPass. If you need your login credentials, please email or call the office for assistance.

  • District Families – if you are new to using CommunityPass, an account has already been created for you. If you do not have an email with your username and password, please call our office so we may assist you with accessing your account - 862-702-2040. If you are unsure about your account, please DO NOT create your own account. Call our office for assistance.

  • Out of District Families – using the link above, please visit our CommunityPass site and create an account for your family. Once your account has been created, you will be ready to register for our programs. If you already have a CommunityPass site which you are using for another recreation program, you may use your existing account to register for WWS and/or WWS Plus.

Camp Documents - Additional Medical Forms 

You will be completing all paperwork for camp online, however, if your child has special medical needs, please complete and submit the appropriate forms to the PACE Office no later than Friday, May 9th. 

Refund Policy & Schedule Changes

The last day to make changes to your camp schedule or to withdraw from the camp with a full refund excluding the registration fee is Friday, May 9th by 5pm.

Since operational costs of camp require us to make commitments to our employees as well as to vendors before camp begins, we will not refund or credit families for the voluntary withdrawal of a child after the May 9th deadline, for missed days of camp, or for the dismissal of a child from our camp program.

No exceptions will be considered or made regarding this policy.
