National STEM Honor Society

Parsippany High School and Parsippany Hills High School are the first official NJ High School chapters for NSTEM. This National STEM Honor Society is available to all of our district's high school students whether they are a part of our other STEM programs (STEM Pathways, NJIT, etc.) or not. However, by being involved in STEM Pathways, STEM clubs, and other programs provided by the district, students will have an abundance of opportunities to meet the enrichment hours criteria.
The mission of NSTEM is to inspire innovations and recognize student excellence in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. NSTEM’s goal is also to provide opportunities for project based learning and activities with relevance to gaining STEM skills and knowledge to become problem solvers as well prepare students for potential career in STEM. (ties together with the mission of our STEM Pathways program)
