Honors Concert Band - MUS 710

Proficiencies and Grading Procedures

In addition to the mandated requirements for Concert Band, and in accordance with district policy as mandated by the high school graduation standards Act (P.L. 1979, C. 241), the following are the proficiencies required for the above named course. Although these proficiencies reflect the skill and content inherent in the course, the attainment of these proficiencies is not the sole basis for successful completion of the course.

To successfully earn Honors Credit for Concert Band (MUS 710), each student must earn a minimum of two (2) points per Marking Period (M.P.).

Honors Wind Ensemble - MUS 720

Proficiencies and Grading Procedures

In addition to the mandated requirements for Wind Ensemble, and in accordance with district policy as mandated by the high school graduation standards Act (P.L. 1979, C. 241), the following are the proficiencies required for the above named course.  Although these proficiencies reflect the skill and content inherent in the course, the attainment of these proficiencies is not the sole basis for successful completion of the course.
